What is Light Demolition?
Light demolition is the process we use to tear down and dispose of debris from small structures. This includes sheds, carports, hot tubs, decks, patios, playsets, etc.
Our service includes disassembling the structure and responsibly disposing of all the leftover junk and debris. If necessary, we can even remove any junk inside the structure.
We are fully-insured and experienced with removing structures of all kinds.

What do we do with the junk we collect?
After we complete a junk removal pick up, we sort and separate the items to determine what can be recycled and what will have to be dumped at the landfill.
The first thing we do is determine what can possibly be reused, donated or sold.
Second, we separate recyclable items. We are able to recycle tires, paint, steel, aluminum, copper, some electronics and batteries, yard waste and TVs.
Third, we responsibly dispose of all the remaining materials.
Generally, pricing is based on how much space your junk and debris takes up in our trailer. Our trailer is 15 cubic yards or equal to about six truck bed loads. We have five different price points between a minimum fee and a full load. Aside from volume, there are a few other factors that can impact pricing, such as type of debris and time to clean up.
As a general pricing idea:
Due to the varying nature of demolition jobs, we quote these from job to job, rather than a set price or rate.
